The stylish blue bottle, logo, and name “Sapphire” were inspired by the 182 carat “Star of Bombay” sapphire, discovered in Sri Lanka. The recipe is based on 10 botanicals, resulting in a complex and well-rounded, dry gin.
Hints of fresh citrus and ripe juniper on the nose, followed by a
vegetal and slightly wooded finish that’s extremely complex and robust. A big kick of flavour greets the palate with a clean mouth-feel.
Warner Edwards Rhubarb Gin
The rhubarb juice is extracted using a traditional press and blended with their Harrington Dry Gin to produce an alluring pink gin that is voluptuous on the palate with a sweet and tangy royal rhubarb explosion.

A very soft flavour. The subtle and supportive citrus and fruit notes are perfectly balanced by the bitterness of natural quinine.
